Japan Academic Association for Copyright Clearance (JAACC) is a management business operator under the Law on Management Business of Copyright and Neighboring rights. JAACC is an organization that manages and administers intellectual property and deals with copyrights on behalf of academic organizations and, through bilateral agreements, foreign countries as a member of International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations (IFRRO).
